No assembly-line therapy here. Sessions are a full hour and can be more or less time, depending on your needs. You will find me to be open-minded and able to meet you where you are. I have extensive training and experience with a wide variety of people and concerns. I can help you understand the issues that bring you to therapy and acquire skills to manage your emotions and meet your needs. We will work together in a way that is validating and supportive, but that also challenges you to move beyond past limitations.
