I help clients build practical coping strategies, while rediscovering meaning and purpose. I frequently work with clients who have experienced a recent death, chronic illness or challenges adjusting to a life transition. In our sessions, we work together to find a path forward. My approach is informed by my own experiences of grief and living with a chronic illness. I do not believe ‘everything happens for a reason’, but I know hope and healing can be found even after life’s most devastating challenges.
