I’m an LPCC Candidate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler Graduate School. My focus is supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, PTSD, depression, generational trauma, and life transitions. You may look like you’re holding it together, but inside feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. I offer a supportive space to feel more grounded, understood, and in control. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just a willingness to explore and take steps toward the life you want.
