With ministry experience of over 20 years as a pastor and quality counseling training, I am here to create a safe place for you where you can be yourself and begin the process of healing and growth. If you are feeling alone, stressed, anxious, and depressed, I am here for you. Focusing on client-centered and mindfulness-based approaches, I will actively listen to you to meet your needs and walk with you on this journey. I integrate Psychodynamic, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Emotional-Focused Therapy, and other tailored approaches to meet client's needs. With extensive ministry experience, I also provide Christian Counseling upon the client's wish.
