Offering in person and telehealth sessions weekdays, some evenings and some Saturdays. I specialize in working with youth and adults who struggle with anxiety, OCD, depression, behavior, social relationships and trauma related issues. I have many years of experience working with youth and their families providing individual, group and family services within educational, justice, residential and home settings. Through counseling, clients are guided to gain insight into the impact their thoughts, feelings and needs have on their daily actions and interactions. Clients are encouraged to explore these patterns and gain new skills to enhance their current functioning.
