I bring over eleven years of experience in the medical field, offering a compassionate and informed perspective for individuals navigating medical challenges and those working in healthcare. I work with clients ages 12 and up, including couples and families, and focus on anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, and adolescent milestones. I am passionate about cultural identity and identity exploration and strive to provide a caring, open, and knowledgeable space that supports healing, growth, and meaningful connection. I received my Master of Arts in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University, focusing on Marriage, Couple, and Family counseling. I am an LPC and completed my internship at Abundant Life Counseling, where I integrated faith and research-based theories. I meet clients where they are theoretically operating largely from an DBT, CBT, and ACT.
