Joanna Sorge is a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) committed to creating a positive, warm, and welcoming environment for healing. She has experience in providing counseling to individuals who experience anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and/ or struggle with addictive behaviors. Through evidenced-based techniques such as psychodynamic psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy, she assists her clients in fostering awareness and self-acceptance. Joanna believes therapy should be a collaborative experience centered around unconditional positive regard and that all of us are capable of positive change.
