Throughout my 14+ years of experience, I've worked with people of all races and cultural backgrounds. I've honed my expertise in helping clients work through anxiety, depression, grief, loss, enculturation, and stress management. I believe in the human potential for healing, growth, and change. Throughout my sessions, I like to help clients identify their successes, interests, and talents. I support clients in practicing new behaviors and strategies in between sessions as a way to reinforce what is discussed and practiced in sessions, and to support their growing self-confidence for change.
