I currently have availability mornings, afternoons and evenings. My goal is to help you resolve pain, repair relationships, lessen negative thoughts, heal trauma, and feel better overall. I feel that I am a down-to-earth person and my goal is to create a safe and trusting environment where individuals feel comfortable sharing their experiences and emotions. I have been working in the mental health field since 2007. I work with individuals, couples, teens, and families dealing with a wide array of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship troubles, and trauma. As a veteran myself, I have a special interest in helping Veterans and First Responders.
