In my private practice, I counsel individuals, adolescents, adults and couples, focused on anxiety, depression and relationship issues. My approach is to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship. After that, we will work collaboratively to develop a mutually agreed upon treatment plan. Another area of specialization is middle aged adults and baby boomers contemplating retirement, transitioning into retirement and/or second careers. This population is often in the midst of managing the needs of an elderly parent(s) and simultaneously, their own adult children.
