You might find yourself repeating situations that cause suffering. Though you are aware of this, you do not know why you find yourself in the same situation, for example with one after another of unsatisfying partners, friends, jobs, etc. In the way that I work, my patients and I listen in a unique way to what is being spoken so that something can be heard, and thus known, and now something negative will not have to be repeated in the same way. You can free yourself to do things in other, more satisfying ways for yourself. It is not easy, but well worth the investment.
