People I work with often feel anxious, directionless, or overwhelmed by despair—sometimes disconnected from others or from themselves. They may be in a hard transition, grieving, or living with chronic illness; burnout or a loss of faith may be in the background. They want real hope, freedom from feeling trapped, and a path toward a more fulfilling life. Together, we work to quiet the noise, look closely at what hurts and what matters, and practice small changes between sessions. When helpful, we integrate EMDR to reprocess painful experiences, unwinding ways suffering has fused with identity, and reconnect with their true self.
