The people I work best with often feel stuck. Maybe they’re carrying the weight of trauma, caught in a cycle of anxiety, feeling distant from their spouse, or wrestling with questions about life. They’re usually trying hard to keep it together on the outside while struggling inside. What they really want is some clarity, peace, and to know they’re not in this alone. They’re looking for something real, something that actually helps. I am a faith-friendly therapist who wants to meet people where they're at. I work with anxiety, trauma, men’s issues, couples, and faith-based struggles. My style is relaxed and conversational, but grounded in real tools that help people move forward. I want the work we do to help you feel safe, understood, and supported as you grow and heal.
