About

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by anxiety, depression, or the impact of past trauma, you’re not alone. You may be moving through your days on autopilot — functioning, showing up, taking care of what needs to be done — yet inside there’s a heaviness, a loneliness, or a sense that something essential is missing. Many people who come here have spent years trying to hold everything together, often at the cost of their own well-being, rest, or sense of self. And beneath all of that, there’s often a quiet hope — a sense that life could feel lighter, more connected, and more like your own. In our work together, therapy becomes a space to slow down and turn toward what’s been hurting with compassion instead of judgment. We explore what’s happening beneath the surface — the patterns you’ve developed to survive, the emotions that have gone unspoken, the needs you’ve learned to silence — and we begin to gently untangle them.
