I work from a trauma-informed, attachment-based perspective, helping individuals, couples, families, and first responders explore patterns of connection, emotional regulation, and healing. Therapy is a relational space where your story is witnessed with compassion, curiosity, and care—so you can build more secure, fulfilling relationships with yourself and others. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional dysregulation, with particular attention to guilt, shame, betrayal, and complex relationship dynamics. My work integrates attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and DBT skills to support emotional awareness, stability, and meaningful change.
