I seek to help clients find a greater range of freedom, creativity, and sense of possibility in their lives. I prioritize creating a space in which you will feel safe and thoughtfully engaged. Through the unique therapeutic relationship we establish, we will work to better understand the patterns and contexts that underlie your feelings, behaviors, and symptoms. I have advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy from a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital. My therapeutic stance is gentle, accepting, and curious.
