Hello my name is Joseph D'Introno and I am a Clinical Social Worker. I have 13+ years of experience treating adolescents and adults and who suffer from anxiety and depressive disorders and difficulties in relationships. I work with individuals who are struggling to break out of anxious thinking patterns, move on from a traumatic relationship or are struggling with managing depressive symptoms. I consider myself a flexible clinician who tries to work collaboratively with patients. I have been relationally trained for the past 5 years but I see value in different types of therapy modalities in addition to healthy coping skills.
