Hello! My name is Ryan Humphries, and I am a full time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) here in Georgia. I got my Masters in Counseling (MACN) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and have been practicing therapy here in Georgia for about 9 years. I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as other life issues. I also work with couples, and with other concerns to help clients improve relationships, and to become the best version of themselves. Together we will work on burnout, empathy, strengths, and use a positive psychotherapy modality to improve these and other aspects of yourself to feel better in general. I am accepting new clients! In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing.
