As a Licensed Masters Level Psychologist (LMLP-T), I offer therapy and assessments grounded in a trauma-informed, relational approach. I help individuals and couples improve communication, understand emotional reactions, and reconnect with clarity and compassion. Often, we carry trauma we may not fully recognize, and we are trying to make sense of why we respond in the manner we do, or why we can't communicate what we feel. Sessions often include homework, real-life examples, and tools like active listening, reframing, and connection exercises to explore deeper patterns and promote lasting change.
