Contacting a therapist can be scary! I’m here to help, not to judge. I am a real person who has lived a real life, and I know that life sometimes can be painful and difficult. If you choose to contact me for a free consultation, I think you will find that I will approach you with humility, deep curiosity about what makes you who you are, and hopefully some wisdom from having done this work as long as I have. We will work together to find an approach that works for you. In addition to my long experience working with clients, I have also trained and supervised other therapists for 30 years.
