I’m a licensed clinical social worker in Ithaca NY. I provide a safe space for my clients, and I have a strong ability and commitment to help people improve the quality of their lives. I have worked with adults of all ages, adolescents, and college students struggling to manage depression, anxiety, ADHD, loss, trauma, and stress, as well as relationship concerns and more. Therapy can be the doorway to personal growth and change. I welcome questions from prospective clients.
