My role is to provide tools or strategies that partner with you as you make changes in your life to meet your own goals. Some reasons people seek counseling may include reducing symptoms of a mental health diagnosis, strengthening family relationships, finding balance between the many life responsibilities, improving social relationships/communication/boundary setting, exploring their identity, navigating impact of family addiction/mental health of a loved one, having a space to talk about the challenges of parenting, and many more.
