I am here to lend you hope and support while you transition into the next phase. I enjoy working with professionals in the healthcare field, first responders/law enforcement, and teachers/educators. During sessions we can develop a plan to move through emotions skillfully while learning to cope with the new life phase. We can use trauma treatment to address emotional triggers.
