Sometimes life just becomes too much to manage alone. Maybe it's uncontrolled anxiety or overwhelming sadness that interferes with your daily life. These feelings are often due to a negative core belief such as, “I’m not good enough” or “I don’t belong”. These self beliefs often manifest themselves in childhood and are reinforced by different life experiences. I use EMDR therapy to help my patients heal from these wounds and experience peace.
