I have 20 years of experience working with children, adults and families using a strengths-based model to improve their life circumstances. I have psycho-dynamic training and use a variety of treatment modalities, (CBT, Mindfulness, Narrative therapy) to help understand and teach practical coping strategies for you to use in everyday life.
