We all have the power to make choices which can change the quality of our lives. At times, It can be difficult to make those choices and take action when we are held back by emotional pain. It takes courage to face this pain, whether it be from anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, or challenging life transitions. Most often others do not understand what we are experiencing even if we try to explain.
