I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a National Board Certified Counselor who is committed to helping you attain your goals within an atmosphere of respect, competence and collaboration. I work with individuals and couples and specialize in treating trauma, anxiety and relationship issues. I am certified in clinical hypnosis by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis and certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. In addition, I am trained in the Gottman method of couples therapy.
