I am firm but gentle in my approach to helping you overcome the challenges you seek help with. I value working with couples, teens, solo adults and families (multigenerational as well). I specialize in sorting through and overcoming childhood trauma as well as chemical dependency, yet work with everyone under the sun.. I have many years experience working with first responders. My style is compassionate and straight forward.
