You want to use your differences to improve your life. You don't want to be afraid of what the world is becoming. Let's help you get unstuck, destressed, less exhausted, squash that fear and raise your frequency. Let's help you live a life full of love. It's normal to feel isolated with everything going on. But that does not mean you're alone. I specialize in Neurodivergence; Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, and OCD. I treat issues of self-esteem, relationships, depression, stress, CPTSD, and trauma. Interventions: Person-centered, Narrative, CBT, Spiritual (where appropriate), and Emotionally-focused. I come from a foundation of warmth, positivity, and love above all else.
