Hi, I’m Julie — a mental health therapist who works best with people who want something to change. My clients are often capable, thoughtful, and driven, yet feel off balance or stuck trying to manage all the moving parts of life. They might be juggling careers, relationships, or family responsibilities while feeling like they’ve lost focus, motivation, or direction. Others come in wanting better communication, stronger boundaries, or more balance in their relationships.
