Therapy with me is flexible, compassionate, and designed for real life-virtual sessions you can attend from wherever you are-even from a parked car during a work break. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to handle it alone. We can work together to ease suffering and build a greater sense of balance. I promote clients increasing awareness of thoughts, emotions, and patterns, identifying stuck points, and practicing skills that foster confidence and relief.
