I believe healing and happiness begin within ourselves. I will meet you in a nonjudgmental, supportive environment that allows you to explore and interpret your thoughts and emotions as it relates to life experiences. My therapeutic approach varies based on the needs of each client. I often use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Christian Counseling. Both modalities help me and the client navigate through their reality in order to gain a better insight on how to move forward in life.
