Engaging collaboratively with you, and your unique background of joys, wounds, circumstances, and aspirations, I use multiple therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are and foster the growth and change you desire. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship, family, parenting, co-parenting, health, sex, divorce, communication, domestic violence, financial, and life transition issues. Combining compassion and directness, I weave psychoeducation into our work, believing it's helpful to understand what is happening in our mind and body as we cope with life's stressors, and how therapy helps.
