Embarking on a journey of healing with a therapist who understands your unique experience can make all the difference. As a multi-racial person raised in Queens, NY, I bring a deep cultural sensitivity and awareness to my practice. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to providing a space where a person from any background can feel safe, connected, and encouraged to become the best version of themselves. To facilitate this, I offer EMDR, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and CBT. I also encourage the exploration of existential conflicts and find that this is often fertile ground for growth.
