I help adults and couples bring self-compassion and confidence into their everyday lives. In my practice, I work primarily with survivors of trauma, individuals struggling with low self-esteem, and those seeking to break toxic relationship patterns. I feel passionately about helping people overcome feelings of shame, learn self-acceptance, and discover new ways to cope with the stressors of life. I have a decade of experience in trauma processing, self-esteem building, and anxiety management. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients, to fit your unique needs. My goal is to help you untangle the web of thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that do not serve you so that you can move confidently in any direction life takes you.
