I am a clinician at Nielsen Psychological Services, which is an outpatient behavioral health care organization, specializing in individual and couples therapy related to trauma, anxiety, grief & loss, and violence prevention. In many ways, our culture has designed an environment where perfectionism, anxiety, and depression are normalized, and a strong sense of self is lost. The individuals I work with are curious about who they really are as a whole human, and are open to exploring the perfectionism that has guided them.
