Beginning therapy is a powerful act of courage and self-care. My role is to guide you with warmth, curiosity, and compassion as we explore what may be holding you back in life. Together, we will work toward helping you reconnect with your natural clarity, confidence, and sense of inner freedom. Healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and connected. I work collaboratively and at your pace, integrating insight, emotion, and embodied awareness so change feels authentic, grounded, and lasting. Our work will combine practical, evidence-based tools with deep mind–body awareness. Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic and mindfulness practices, and neuroscience, this work invites you to tune into the body’s wisdom, meet old patterns with gentleness, and cultivate more compassionate ways of relating to yourself.
