I have extensive experience treating people struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, grief, parenting issues, addiction, people-pleasing, and major life transitions. I specialize in helping couples who are having trouble dealing with conflict or wanting to enhance their relationship. I help individuals process and heal old wounds and develop coping skills to deal with life's stressors. I use Brainspotting, a cutting edge treatment, to help people process and move past both big and little traumas.
