I’m a local licensed clinical professional counselor. My perspective is rooted in relational neuroscience, mindfulness, inner community work, psycho-spiritual development, and attachment. I primarily work with teens and adults, tailoring my approach to meet each individual as our work unfolds organically. I work at the Wood River Wellness Institute, where we work confidentially and collaboratively to serve the greater Wood River Valley. We serve and specialize in optimal health seekers who are dedicated and disciplined to continue to make our stronger community stronger.
