Life changes, big and small, can throw all of us off balance from time to time, leaving us anxious, hopeless, and confused. Are you ready to feel more at peace with life and more sure of yourself? Maybe you feel stuck in the same patterns in your relationships and want things to be better but aren't quite sure how to make that happen. Perhaps you've felt this way for a long time, and it's been a painful journey. Whatever your struggles, life and relationships can be complicated, and sometimes you need some help to sort it out. Let's work together to figure out how to live the life you really want. I work with women and couples facing relationship challenges, trauma, anxiety/depression. I don’t believe in slapping a Band-Aid on your pain. We'll dig deeper and look for things that are holding you back and ways you can feel more confident and connected. I also am trained in EMDR therapy to help process difficult experiences, past and present.
