Hi – I’m KJ. I am a clinical psychologist, and my passion is to help people discover and embrace their strengths, often transforming from a place of self-doubt to one of self-acceptance and celebration. I most often work with adults ranging from college age to later life. I have a long history of working with others on identity clarification, career exploration, anxiety and self-doubt, relationships, communication, coping skills, and spiritual understanding. Ultimately, I think each person is the expert on what they need and what may be the best solution for them. They simply may need some assistance to determine their next steps.
