My areas of focus include life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, problems in relationships, and emotional regulation. I want to provide support that will help you experience greater fulfillment in life. I feel passionate about helping clients identity their strengths and values to be able to live intentionally, strengthen relationships, and experience personal growth and healing. For clients who desire to include their faith in the counseling process, I provide counseling that integrates Christian spiritual practices. I also speak Russian and have lived overseas in Japan, Germany, and Kazakhstan.
