Life can be messy, and I specialize in helping mamas at all stages (pre/postpartum, experiencing miscarriage/loss, or infertility), anyone experiencing anxiety or depression, and survivors of trauma navigate through complicated and uncharted waters. My style is centered on creating a genuine therapist-client relationship with a dose of humor, hope, and encouragement.
