As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I'm passionate about all types of relationships. My goal is to approach each client with acceptance, empathy and unconditional positive regard while recognizing that sometimes all of us need to be challenged to change. Managing relationships has never been easy and seems even more complicated today. My goal is to help people break through barriers to achieve greater understanding, connection, and intimacy in their relationships. I have completed the Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and use many of these approaches in my work.
