I am passionate about supporting clients (18+, via telehealth only) through the many seasons of life, especially during times of transition that can feel overwhelming or distressing. As a person-centered psychotherapist, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and shame-free space where clients feel comfortable exploring their challenges. Together, we work toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding. My hope is for each client to feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I bring care, compassion, kindness, and—when appropriate—humor into the therapeutic relationship.
