Hello, my name is Kari (Car-ee)! I have been a dedicated therapist and social worker for the past 37 years, working in a variety of settings such as mental health agencies, schools/colleges, and in private practice. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and have the depth of experience that allows me to meet you where you are at. As a therapist, I see myself as a guide, supporter, and confidant to help with struggles of self-esteem, anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, trauma, and life transitions to name a few.
