I believe in the human spirit and in the power of individual resilience. Together we will work to build the client-therapist relationship to create a safe space for individual growth. Often people who are struggling are stuck in their depression and anxiety. Together we will work through life's challenges, help you learn coping skills, and how to tap into your inner resilience to get unstuck. I have been a social worker for over 25 years and doing private therapy for the last five years. I am strong advocate for helping others and finding inner strengths to help face life's challenges. Together change is possible. In our first session we will have brief introductions and then I will give the individual space to share their story and what they are experiencing that brought them to therapy. This will be a nonjudgemental space for the individual to share their story.
