English | español I believe that our life experiences have a direct impact on the paths we choose to take in our adult life. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I am thankful for my up bringing and my exposure to diverse experiences and populations. Growing up in Los Angeles had a direct impact on my passion for helping individuals of all backgrounds. I am a trauma informed EMDR, Christ centered therapist who believes that both mind and spirit need to align in order to find inner peace. I believe through commitment and therapy, there isn’t anything that cannot be overcome.
