I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Beauty for Ashes Counseling Services, with over 18 years of experience supporting people through life’s hardest seasons. I work with individuals who appear strong on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck inside. I specialize in bariatric mental health, helping clients navigate the emotional and identity changes before and after weight-loss surgery. Beauty for Ashes is rooted in the belief that healing is possible and offers a safe, compassionate space to slow down, be seen, and begin again with clarity and self-compassion.
