I work with those who are struggling with anxiety, emotional fatigue, or feeling stuck. They may identify as a highly sensitive person (HSP), neurodivergent (ADHD/ASD/OCD), or a parent of an HSP. They are seeking a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their story and break the patterns that keep them stuck. They want a therapist who is relational, conversational, honest, engaged, & a responsive collaborator who brings warmth & adaptability to each session, meeting them at their pace.
